MANILA, Philippines – A "shocked" former socioeconomic planning Secretary Romulo Neri rejected Wednesday the testimony by Jose "Joey" de Venecia III before the Senate where he linked President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to a P200-million bribe offered to her former Cabinet official.
