(UPDATE) President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo had allegedly asked former socioeconomic planning secretary Romulo Neri why he did not accept the P200-million bribe offer for a favorable endorsement of the national broadband network project, the son of Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. disclosed to the Senate.
