Philippines tests mobile courts to help speed up judicial system 

MANILA : The Philippines Supreme Court is pilot testing a novel programme to help speed up a notoriously slow judicial system. Called "Justice On Wheels", a bus is one of the main vehicles in the High Court's judicial reform programme.
